The Barrel Series has evolved from a 4 week to an 8 week Series over the years. How do you feel about the length of the Series? Should it remain the same, should we add more qualifying jackpots or shorten the Series? *

8 weeks is perfect! Add more jackpots! 8 weeks is too short! It could be a bit shorter.

How do you feel about the qualification requirements? Currently attending 60% is required to qualify for Finals. Should we increase or decrease that amount and if yes, please specify. *

For many years we have been sanctioning the Barrel Series with MBRA. Should we continue to sanction or no? *

Over the years we've been blessed with a lot of sponsorship, but sometimes deciding how to allocate the money as far as prizes versus added money can be a tough decision. What do you prefer? More added money or more prizes? *

The potluck at Finals has become a bit of a tradition. How do you feel about it? *

Love it! Keep it going! You can ditch it... its not necessary. It doesn't matter to me either way, whether there's a potluck or not.

Over the years we've tried to include a Men's Only barrel race at the Finals but some years have struggled to get entries and have canceled it. Should we keep it going? *

The Rocking W Fall Finale has struggled with weather issues in mid September since the beginning. Should we consider moving the event? And if so, when is a good time? *

Yes, a change of date would be a good idea. No, leave it mid-September and just work around the weather. Doesn't matter to me.

If you think we should move the event to a different date, any suggestions as to what time of year? *

The Rocking W Fall Finale was originally a weekend 2 day event with 2 long go's and a short go. Lack of sponsorship gave us the idea to make it a 1 day Charity Race instead. Should we go back to a weekend Fall Finale and have a separate Charity race? *

The biggest issue with making the Fall Finale work as a weekend event, was lack of sponsorship and we were unable to provide both added money and prizes. What would be more important to you for an event like this? *

The Charity race has been simply an open jackpot where all ages compete together, with the exception of the pee wee division. Should we continue to run it this way or have separate divisions? *

The Charity race supports cancer organizations which is something we are committed to doing in the future. Currently we support South Central Cancer Resource and CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. Should we continue to support both or should we focus on one? *

For the Charity race, do you find the entry requirements and fees confusing? *

Yeah it's confusing and I'm not sure what is what. It's a bit confusing but I figured it out. No, I totally get it! Makes sense.

For the Charity race, do you feel the fees are reasonable or should it be different? (Fees are currently $50 with $25 donated to CCMF, plus $10 admin fee and $5 insurance fee) *
