ALL 100 SLOTS ARE SOLD FOR 2023!!
Slot Price: $275
A $20 administration fee applies once to each contest.
If you are entering more than 1 jackpot this weekend, you will only pay the insurance fee one time.
100 slots will be available on a first come first serve basis and must be paid for at time of entry. An individual or business can purchase up to 2 slots. You MUST pay for your slot(s) IN FULL within 24 hours of online entry or you will lose your slot(s).
If all 100 slots fill and there is demand for more, slots may be added at our discretion, up to a maximum of 150 slots for 2023.
Slots may be purchased by a business, individual or contestant. Slot owners must be 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2023. Contestants must be 12 years of age or older as of January 1, 2023 in order to compete and slots for minors must be purchased by a parent or guardian.
Slots must be paid for in full at time of purchase. If payment hasn’t been made within 24 hours of receiving the online registration form, the slot will become available to the public again.
2023 Slot Purchasers will have the opportunity to retain 1 slot for 2024. 2023 Slot Purchasers will be notified and slots must be renewed in full in 2024 by March 1st. Anyone purchasing 2 slots will retain 1 and the 2nd slot will be offered to the public, at which time it will become ‘first come first serve’ for the available slots. You may re-purchase your 2nd slot at that time. This will allow 2023 owners to remain in the Slot Race and give new competitors the opportunity to purchase a slot, also. Additional slots may be added for 2024 depending on demand.
Draw will be done by random selection and the Slot Race will be run in a 4D format with 0.7 second splits. 3 placings per D will be paid out with equal payout in each D.
Buckles to the winners of each D and prizes through 3rd place in each D.
Full western attire dress code will be in effect for the competition and the awards. Awards ceremony to follow approximately 30 minutes after the race.
